Happy Anniversary! The show is one year old and what a year it has been!
It all started in February 2020 when I asked people I knew to come onto the show to share their stories and the first episode I recorded and published was with the brilliant Nikola Howard, so I thought who better to have on our birthday episode! Every time we record a show I completely forget that we're recording and feel like we're just two friends having a chat and today is no different.
