Come fast with me - My 3 day fast l Ep. #019

What a week! I decided to do my first ever extended fast from Monday to Wednesday. I have made this episode to share my experiences with you all. Including the advice that Cynthia Thurlow gave me before I started and the amazing support my good friend Eranda gave as he joined me on my fast. I hope that this honest story will inspire you to look into fasting as a good health option and if you already fast then perhaps you will take pity on me ;-)

Important disclaimer – Fasting is not right for everyone and this podcast is a recording of my own experiences not advice for others who maybe want to fast. 

You should not fast if you are – a child, a pregnant women, a breastfeeding women and/or anyone severely underweight or undernourished. 

You should not fast if you have - serious mental health conditions such as anorexia or other psychiatric illness. 

 You should not fast if you take -  prescription medication and should consult a doctor if you want to fast.
